I joined the firm of Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C., as an associate in September 2008 with a focus on Consumer & Insurance Class Actions, Consumer & Insurance Fraud Litigation, Pharmaceutical Litigation and other civil and commercial litigation.
Recently, I was a member of the trial team, serving as local counsel, in the first Fosamax (pharmaceutical litigation) case tried in the State of New Jersey, Rosenberg v. Merck.
I'm also experienced with the complex settlement procedures required in pharmaceutical cases, having been directly involved in the handling of several confidential settlements.
My firm, Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman and Smalley, P.C.'s practice centers on Civil and Complex Personal Injury Litigation and Commercial Litigation, and handles class actions, pharmaceutical drug cases, and securities law throughout the country, and all other cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. However, the firm is far more than your standard personal injury firm. We focus on a wide range of matters that affect our clients and contribute to causes dear to our clients through the Anapol Schwartz Foundation.
Outside of the office, it is my honor to sit on the Executive Board of both The Barristers' Association of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
I am admitted to practice in the States Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern and Middle District Courts of Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey.
