Thanks for checking out my profile. I bring more than thirty years experience in civil litigation to Langdon & Emison. Following my graduation from law school, I narrowed my practice to representing those individuals injured by negligence or defective products. Within the last fifteen years, I have focused on defective vehicles and products. I have tried cases across the country from Seattle, Washington to Baltimore, Maryland and Jacksonville, Florida.
I am a Past-President of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, a past member of the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association, and currently serve as an Executive Board member of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG). In 2000, I was one of eight lawyers in the United States to spearhead cases against Ford/Firestone. Since then, I have been actively pursuing Ford/Firestone for causing the deaths and serious injuries to thousands of innocent US consumers. Finally, I speak regularly at many seminars throughout the US, teaching other lawyers various successful trial techniques.
