Brad Hewett was admitted to the bar in 2008 after attending law school at University of South Carolina School of Law. Brad received his undergraduate degree in Accounting at Clemson University. Upon graduating from law school, he began practicing with the Mike Kelly Law Group in Columbia, South Carolina.
Since that time, he has represented Plaintiffs in all types of personal injury litigation - including insurance bad faith, automobile negligence, product defect and consumer cases, lemon law matters, premises liability, construction litigation, and 1983 cases. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, South Carolina Association of Justice and also volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Big Brother Big Sister of Columbia, SC.
