I am Brenda S. Fulmer and before becoming a shareholder at the Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley firm in West Palm Beach, I was with the firm of Alley Clark Greiwe & Fulmer in Tampa, Florida for fourteen years. My practice areas include mass torts, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. I am also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as district courts in Louisiana, California, Michigan, New York, Minnesota, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Arkansas. I graduated
cum laude from Stetson College of Law and served as an Assistant Editor on the Stetson Law Review. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1990. I am a member of the following organizations: Phi Delta Phi International Honor Fraternity, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. I am also involved in national litigation involving Tobacco, Pain Pumps, Digitek, Heparin, Bisphosphonates, Hernia Mesh Products, Ortho-Evra, Vioxx, Bextra, Heart Devices, Hormone Replacement Therapy, ReNu and AMO Contact Lens Solution, Diet Drugs, Baycol, Breast Implants, Propulsid, PPA, and Sulzer.
