Thanks for visiting my profile. I am proud to be a member of The Injury Board, a national network of plaintiff's firms and safety advocates preaching safety and accident prevention to millions of consumers across the country.
As a plaintiff's trial lawyer, I have seen devastating injuries resulting from someone else's negligence. Families' lives changed forever. The sad part is that most of the time, these accidents could have been prevented. We must all be evangelists for safety. We must all do our part to try and educate consumers on ways to stay safe. I'm trying. I hope you will join me.
A little bit of background on me. I graduated from Chaparral High School in Las Vegas and then received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV in 1996. Go Rebels! After college, I attended the University of Dayton on an academic scholarship, where I was honored by my selection to the school’s Moot Court Team, and received my Juris Doctorate in 2000. I was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2000, and to the bar of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, in 2005.
Outside of work, I spend time with my wife Angel, who is on the Advisory Board for FEAT (Families for Effective Autism Treatment), our 4 children and our 2-year old Chocolate Labrador. I am an avid reader, enjoy traveling and love the outdoors. My community involvement includes a role as a volunteer instructor for The People’s Law School, and supporting FEAT, Habitat for Humanity and Toys for Tots.
