Chad Finley focuses on representing clients who have been wronged by the tortious acts of others, including cases such as catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, whistleblower actions, products liability, pharmaceutical and medical devices and other mass torts.

Chad returned to TorHoerman Law in 2013 after an externship at the Office of the General Counsel, Health and Human Services, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Division (CMS) in Washington DC. While at CMS, Chad assisted the Office of the General Counsel with issues relating to their position on False Claims Act cases. Chad utilizes the experience he gained while working at CMS by representing the government in False Claims actions when government funds are stolen through fraud.
