Mr. Rosenthal was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area. After obtaining a B.A. in political science at Long Beach State, he settled in Sacramento to attend McGeorge School of Law and be near his hobby, team roping (rodeo).  He graduated in the top third of his class at McGeorge and since being admitted to the bar in 1992, has specialized exclusively in representing persons injured by the wrongful conduct of others.  With Demas & Rosenthal, he proudly carries on the tradition of excellence in trial advocacy for injured consumers.  He is a member of the American Associaion of Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and has been a speaker on topics relating to litigation and trial.  He acts as a Judge Pro Tem with the Sacramento County and El Dorado County Superior Courts.
