Kyle McNew handles products liability and personal injury cases, as well as appeals in a wide variety of subjects in both state and federal court. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Kyle graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2003, and the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2006. After graduating law school, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Walter D. Kelley, Jr. of the United States District for the Eastern District of Virginia, practiced in the complex litigation section in the Hampton Roads office of an international law firm and, most recently, clerked for the Honorable Boyce F. Martin, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
A lifelong Virginia resident, Kyle lives in Charlottesville with his wife, Beth, and his springer spaniel, Fella. In his free time, he enjoys working in his yard, hiking, and cooking.
