Heather's Biography

Heather M. Bonnet-Hébert’s practice areas include medical negligence, product liability, and crime victims advocacy, as well as liquor liability, and a wide variety of general liability cases involving personal injuries and wrongful death.  

  

Attorney Bonnet-Hébert graduated from Rhodes College in 1996 with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Fiction and Poetry Writing.  In 2004, she received her J.D., cum laude from Vermont Law School where she was elected Editor-in-Chief of the Vermont Law Review; served as an invited member of the VLS Moot Court Advisory Board; and was selected as a Dean’s Fellow where she taught legal research and writing to incoming 1L students.

Outside of the legal field, Attorney Bonnet-Hébert will begin serving a term on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes – Southeastern Massachusetts Division beginning in September 2011. She is also active with the Dartmouth Rotary Club, the Dartmouth Grange, the Coalition for Buzzards Bay, and the Southeastern Massachusetts Agricultural Partnership. She is a past co-chairperson of SouthCoast Equality, a project of the Community Foundation of Southeast Massachusetts.

In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and supporting her local farmers.
