Ever since I was in grade school, I loved to write. My fourth grade catholic school teacher even commented. "You write such beautiful stories. It's a shame you don't have the handwriting to go with it." Thanks to modern day technology, it doesn't matter what my handwriting looks like!
With a partial merit scholarship, I was off to Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management, where I could find a creative way to be a productive member of society.
Our Freshman Seminar course was designed to show Business Majors all of the different concentrations that make businesses flourish. When it came time for the Marketing speaker to discuss her career. I was sold. She got to work with Lifehouse before anyone knew who they were. She designed websites for once popular Fox TV shows. I knew that was the job I wanted. I knew I could have a professional job, and get to be myself and use my creativity.
After graduating cum laude, I ended up at Anapol Schwartz. I'm glad I get to work for a company that helps people. We're not one of those law firms that represent clients for the future cash flows. The laywers here represent those that were injured because they truly feel they were the victims of unjustice. We care about our clients well being, and also about the well being of our community. I'm proud that I have the opportunity to start my career working with such wonderful people.
