Mr. Paglinawan is a medical malpractice associate with the firm. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent almost seven years caring for patients as a registered nurse in emergency room and intensive care unit. After law school, he worked as an associate attorney at another firm, where litigated and settled medical malpractice cases involving catastrophic injuries. Thereafter, he worked as an associate attorney at another firm, where he litigated pharmaceutical products liability cases. He is a graduate of CUNY School of Law (2004), where he completed Health Law Concentration. He was admitted to practice in New York State in 2005 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
Mr. Paglinawan is equipped with medical knowledge necessary to litigate medical malpractice cases effectively. As important, he shows sensitivity and compassion to his clients, because having been a nurse, he appreciates how injuries from someone's negligence affect people and change lives forever.
Mr. Paglinawan speaks Spanish and Tagalog fluently. He comes from a family of doctors, nurses, and lawyers.
