Since joining the firm in February 2010, Jessica Agnelly has represented individuals who have been injured by defective products and pharmaceuticals and the families of those individuals who have been killed by such products. After completing numerous projects in the interest of public service, including a clerkship with the Honorable Michael W. Farrell at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Jessica moved from Washington, D.C., to return to her native area of Kansas City, Mo.
Jessica began her legal career in the nation’s capital as a judicial law clerk in the D.C. Court of Appeals, the court of last resort interpreting District of Columbia local law. Upon returning to Kansas City she clerked for The Honorable Ronald R. Holliger at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District in Kansas City.
Jessica received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While in law school, she was an active member of the Law Review and Urban Lawyer journals, and served as President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys Student Chapter. Jessica received the C.A.L.I. Award for receiving the highest grades in her Complex Litigation and Corporations classes and placed an emphasis on Litigation. She also served as a Superior Court Justice for the University of Missouri-Kansas City campus; a Student Government Law School Senator; and a Student Bar Association representative. She also worked with The Honorable Scott O. Wright in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
A 2002 graduate of Avila University in Kansas City, Jessica uses her spare time to enjoy playing soccer, jogging, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
