Joel Feldman has represented a number of individuals in a wide variety of personal injury actions, as well as securities litigation and stockbroker claims.
His personal injury practice includes cases arising from dangerous products and construction site accidents, nursing home neglect, dangerous conditions on properties, automobile and truck accidents, medical and dental malpractice, and alcohol-related accidents. He has represented many clients in a wide variety of cases He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont in 1976 and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1981 and is currently scheduled to receive his Masters in Counseling in 2012.
He is a frequent course planner, moderator, and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.
He is involved in a wide range of charitable pursuits ranging from traffic safety to encouraging young people to undertake service opportunities. Joel was awarded the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s 2011 Community Service Award for all of his efforts in ending distracted driving.
Mr. Feldman is a co-author of The Library of Pennsylvania Personal Injury Forms and Pennsylvania Legal Causes of Action and was the managing partner for Anapol Schwartz from 1991-2009.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and American Trial Lawyers Associations. He is also a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), which exclusively represents investors against brokerage firms in stock fraud and stock loss cases.
