I grew up in Upstate New York. I moved to Florida in 1986. and have spent the last 30 years of my professional life involved in the fields of insurance and law.
I have worked as a claims adjuster, arson investigator, claims manager and vice-president of a legal professional liability insurance company.
While I was employed in the insurance industry,I designed and implemented risk management programs. and authored both risk management and claims handling guides and articles.
Before coming to work for C. Calvin Warriner, I managed a medical-legal consulting company, a graphics arts company, and a scanning/database company. I have designed and implemented scanning and coding systems for law firms and I am a certified electronic discovery paralegal.
I have worked in the litigation field on both the defense and plaintiffs’ sides of cases and concentrated his experience in the areas of professional negligence, commercial litigation, and mass torts.
