Kevin's Biography

Kevin is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia (VA) who earned his bachelor's degree from James Madison University and his juris doctorate from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.  He was previously employed as a Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Virginia Beach, and as Associate Counsel for Litigation at Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC in Norfolk. Kevin is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association where he serves as an ex-officio member of the board of directors, the American Association for Justice, the I'Anson-Hoffman American Inn of Court, the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, and the Virginia Beach Bar Association where he serves as a committee chair. Kevin is also on the Board of Directors for the Governor's School for the Arts Foundation.
