Kevin O'Brien joined Pogust Braslow & Millrood, LLC in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced in Florida for a prestigious regional firm where he litigated dozens of wrongful death cases on both sides of the aisle. In 2013, Kevin returned to his native Philadelphia with his wife, Carolina.
Kevin represents individuals throughout the country in claims involving defective medical devices, harmful pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter products, and other dangerous and defective products. Currently, Kevin represents clients In re: Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2272 who have been injured by knee implants manufactured by Zimmer. Kevin also represents clients who have been injured by Metal-on-Metal hips including products manufactured by Stryker Orthopaedics, Biomet, and Depuy.
Kevin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Prep, James Madison University, and St. Thomas University School of Law. Kevin is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys playing golf, albeit most often poorly.
