Kurt Arbuckle

With over 35 years experience, Kurt Arbuckle helps people who have been injured by the violation of safety rules, going after unsafe drivers, unsafe trucking companies, unsafe work places, unsafe product manufacturers, unsafe security practices, unsafe nursing homes, unsafe public business locations, unsafe apartment and condo facilities, and other unsafe practices.

Kurt has three board certifications, two by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (personal injury trial law and civil trial law) and one by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (civil trial advocacy).  The Natonal Board of Trial Advocacy is the only national certifiying organization that is officially recognized in Texas.  Board certification requires years of experience, passing a test, and recommendations from judges and other lawyers.
