Mark's Biography

For over 15 years, Columbus injury lawyer Mark Lewis has been helping victims of negligence and deceptive business practices.  He relishes solving the complex problems presented by some of the most difficult personal injury and class action cases in the legal world.  He has received numerous honors and awards from the legal community, including national designation as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” and appointment to Ohio’s Super Lawyers, an honor shared among the top 5% of licensed attorneys in Ohio.  He is also active in local bar leadership, recently completing his tenure as the President of the Central Ohio Association for Justice.  He is likewise an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, an organization dedicated to protecting individual and consumer rights.  Mr. Lewis teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Law & Literature at Capital University Law School, where he developed courses that explore the many edifying links among legal philosophy, law practice, and literature.  Before beginning private practice, he helped draft more than 100 opinions as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  He also served as a board member and editor of Capital University Law Review.
