Michael's Biography

MICHAEL BOGDANOW is the Managing Partner of the Boston firm Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow, P.C. (www.MeehanBoyle.com), a firm specializing in representing the victims of personal injuries and wrongful death, while striving for outcomes that create positive change in the community and society at large. The firm has handled such high profile cases as representing the family of the woman killed in the "Big Dig" tunnel and the family of Scott Krueger, who died in a hazing incident at M.I.T. Michael manages the firm and oversees its appellate litigation. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude from Harvard Law School, his Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia University and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, with honors in fine arts, from Brandeis University. He is the author of the treatise Massachusetts Tort Damages (Lexis Legal Publishing). He has served as Chair of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments, which advises the Governor’s office on the appointment of judges, and as Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association Litigation Section and President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
