I am Michael Monheit, and I am also the managing attorney in charge of all Internet business development for the firm of Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman & Smalley. I also am the managing attorney for Monheit Law, located in Montgomery County Pennsyvlania, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am currently the chair of the Fosamax Litigation Group with AAJ. I also serve on the Marketing and Client Services Committee within AAJ.
My PA Law practice is focused on personal injury cases that are handled on a contingency fee basis. A contingent fee means that my clients do not pay me until I successfully resolve their cases, and if there is no recovery, then I am not paid a fee.
I have successfully prosecuted thousands of cases and, at present, I am focusing my practice on complex cases involving defective health care and pharmaceutical products. I have developed a national reputation, including involvement in latex allergy litigation as a member of the Plaintiff's Steering and Executive Committee in MDL 1148.
I was also lead counsel in class actions involving childhood lead paint poisoning against public housing authorities (including The Philadelphia Housing Authority) and claims against the lead paint industry.
