Born and raised in Maine, I moved to Florida over 30 years ago. I was a late bloomer and graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Accounting at the age of 31. Since then I have worked as the Regional Business Manager for a large retail drug store chain, owned my own business and then came to my present position as Manager of Finance and Office Administration for Wooten, Kimbrough and Normand in April, 2004.
One of my new responsibilties has been to manage our website and contribute to our blog. At times it has been a challenge but I must say I enjoy it. It gives me an opportunity to improve my writing skills while hopefully providing a source of information on safety tips, product recalls and FDA warnings.
Although I have limited client contact here at our firm, I have come to realize the importance of the work done by our attorneys in helping our clients recover from the injuries caused by others. Some of their stories are heartbreaking. It makes me proud to be a part of an organization that is honest, shows integrity and has a real concern for the well-being of our clients.
