Steven H. Schafer is the principal of Steven H. Schafer & Associates, with offices in downtown Boston and on Route 128 in Needham, Massachusetts. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Boston College Law School, Steve has represented seriously injured claimants and their families in a broad range of cases, including Medical Malpractice and other Professional Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence and Elder Abuse cases, Product Liability cases, Construction-site accident cases, Sports and Recreation accident cases, Automobile and Trucking Accidents, and other serious negligence cases. Our practice has remained small by design, so that we can give careful attention to each client's case. Steve Schafer is a former president of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and a former member of the Board of Governors and a former State Delegate of the American Association for Justice.
