I graduated from the University of Southern California in 1989 with a degree in International Relations. While at USC I was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. I graduated from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992. I took and passed my Bar Exam, that summer.
After law school, I began my practice of law in Redding California. I worked as a defense attorney for Barr, Sinclair & Hill, doing primarily medical malpractice as well as general civil liability defense work.
I returned to Sacramento in 1996. I continued doing general civil liability and some railroad defense work for the firm Diepenbrock & Costa.
In 1997 I switched my focus and started doing plaintiffs work for the Wilcoxen Law Firm. My focus became medical and legal malpractice, products liability including and general civil litigation, such as auto, premises liability etc.... I also handled some commercial and business litigation matters.
In 2007 I decided to join the Demas & Rosenthal firm. My practice continues to focus on complex personal injury cases, as well as general civil liability matters. I have handled injury cases in a variety of areas including severe brain injuries, quadriplegia, paralysis, amputations and other major injuries. I have handled cases involving defective automobiles; defective medical devices/products; and all types of malpractice actions.
I am married and have five beautiful children. In addition to spending time with the family, my hobbies include scuba diving; snowboarding; wakeboarding and motorcycling. My favorite sport is football.
