Troy Schwant is a civil litigation attorney who focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and business disputes. Mr. Schwant joined the law firm of Burns, Cunningham & Mackey, P.C. in 2008, after conducting a successful practice in Jackson, Mississippi following law school at Ole Miss.
Mr. Schwant is admitted to practice in the state courts of Alabama and Mississippi, and in the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. He is also admitted in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is a current or former member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Hinds County Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar Association and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Schwant is married to the former Erin Burns, and has two sons, Jack and Charlie.
