Scott Marshall

Our Firm was founded by Scott Marshall in 1997 and we have been representing the people of Florida in claims arising out of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Workers’ Compensation ever since. Scott believes in old-fashioned representation, when lawyers actually sat down with their clients and got to know them. To that end, we have no “case managers” making decisions on cases. Scott deals directly with his clients on all legal issues and provides professional, personal and aggressive representation. Our Mission is to provide peace of mind to clients and ease the stress of an injury or death by educating and guiding them through what can be a very difficult time, while at the same time aggressively protecting their interests and pursuing a recovery on their behalf. This mission allows our clients to focus on the most important thing in their case: healing. When it is time to make the big decisions in a case, Scott strives to educate clients, so they understand the process and are not blindly following his advice. When it is all over, there is no more satisfying feeling in our firm’s work than the gratitude of clients we have served.
